BAHIR DAR TUTORING CENTER
In Bahir Dar, Ethiopia, Futprints has 40 students who are tutored from the ages 3 -17. These students get tutored every Sunday while attending Public School and 3 times a week during the Summer. Right now, we are collecting school supplies and materials to further the children's education. 5 of the kids are HIV positive and struggle with learning and personal issues. We want to empower all of the children at the center and ensure their educational success. This tutoring center has been active since May 2016. We hope to raise enough funds to build a formal tutoring center with the right facilities for the students to learn and go whenever they need help.
FOOD DRIVE
Twice a month, Futprints coordinates a "Food Drive" in different parts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Our mission includes recruiting and educating volunteers on the facts and statistic of poverty in Ethiopia and what we can do to break out of the cycle
INTEGRATED FAMILES
FUTPRINTS works with Integrated Family Service Organization (IFSO) by providing The Children’s Home with supplies such as clothing, toys, and school materials through fundraising events. IFSO takes in children between the ages of three and eighteen who have either been physically or sexually abused.
